2-8 players
The game contains: 36 detective cards, 24 clues, 17 medal cards in three different denominations; 8 bronze, 8 silver and 1 gold.

Sort the detective cards and the clues in two different piles. The clue cards is marked on the back with number 1, 2 or 3. Sort the clue cards in three piles, so that the first clues, with number one in one pile and so on.

Share four detective cards to every player. The youngest player will begin asking cards from his opponents. The goal is to gather four cards that are alike. (for example four red Maja) to get a “stick” You can only ask for a card if you only have that card. If Pelle asks Lotta after the red police master, then Lotta has to giev all her red police master cards to Pelle. Pelle can continue to ask as long as he gets the cards he asks for. He can ask who ever he want from his opponents.

If Lotta dosent have the red police master card she must answer: On a mission. This means that Pelle, if theres any left, must take up a card from the pile on the table and then it’s the next players turn. (The turn goes clockwise) When a player gets his first stick he gets his first clue card.

The player takes a card from the first clue pile and puts it facing upwards in front of him self. Its now up to that player to solve that crime that is described on the card. To solve the crime you must gather all clue cards that belongs to that crime.

For every stick you get a new cluecard. Its not alwas sure that you get the correct clue when you get your second clue. If you get a clue that belongs to another crime, you show it for you opponents and then you put in upside down on the table (like in memory). Maybe there’s another player that needs that card. There are eight different crimes to solve, and you can only solve one at a time.

So you should remember where the clue cards are on the table. Because the next time you get a stick the clue can be on the table! If a player looses all of his cards, he/she must pick up a card from the pile. (if there’s any cards left – if there’s no cards left he/she must wait until the next round.) The first one to find clue number 3 wins a medal card.

If all the sticks are taken and the player doesn’t have any cards left, and if the third clue has not been taken. All card must be mixed and shared again. The clue cards are back on the same place on the table.

The first victory gives you bronze
The second victory gives you silver
The third victory gives you GOLD!
